Return On Investment from ORTEC HARMONY
This memo provides several pointers for obtaining insight into the potential return on the implementation of HARMONY in an organization. In a general sense we describe some focal areas where duty roster processes are capable of improvement. The identification of these areas of improvement and their possible effects is based on earlier practical experience acquired by ORTEC.
